Sati Italia S.p.A., the leader in metal spider-mesh tray system and duct system, has always invested in the quality and expansion of its lines, promoting the technical evolution of its products and integrating its offer with special accessories.
In 2005, the formation of Procan S.r.l. in Latina, producer of the “S5 Line” of duct systems in Sendzimir hot galvanised and painted stainless steel, significantly increased the technical and sales potential of the Sati brand.
In 2008, Sati Italia S.p.A.’s purchase of a new forming machine increased the productivity of the mesh wire cable tray that Sati distributes under the Sati Spider brand. Sati Italia S.p.A.’s offer includes other products as well, such as: passive fire protection systems (fire barriers), detection and adjustment systems, earthing and lightning-rod systems, as well as highly specialized products for high and low frequency electromagnetic shielding applications.
Lastly, the acquisition of Nobex S.r.l. in February 2009 introduced a new product line devoted to fastening systems for the electrical sector, sold under the Sati Nobex brand. The company’s strong point has always been its specific ability to ensure efficient logistics and availability of materials. For this purpose, Sati Italia S.p.A. has three main warehouses for a total of 20,000 m2 used exclusively for logistics. The main facility, with its 9,000 m2 warehouse, is in Siziano (Pavia). The logistics structure is completed by the Padua branch (the logistics pole for northeast Italy) and the Latina branch (the new logistics pole for central-southern Italy), which inaugurated its new 4,000 m2 warehouse in July 2010. Sati Italia S.p.A. currently has 4 branches located in Turin, Pavia, Padua, and Latina, with about 60 employees and 15 sales agents throughout Italy.
